Who stands behind the Society

Hedonist Society, The Maison and The Collections are operated by “Hedonica” Ltd., company number (EIK) 208871737, registered address 99 James Bourchier Blvd., floor 5, apt. 15, Lozenets, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria, telephone +359 889 313 076.

Website use, enquiries and launch lists

• The content of the websites is for information and is not an offer to enter into a contract.
• An enquiry, an invitation request or a place on a launch list is a non-binding expression of interest — it binds neither you nor us, involves no payment and is not a confirmed booking.
• Registering for a wine launch or another prelaunch list does not guarantee an allocation, a seat or a future purchase.
• A confirmed booking exists only once we confirm it for a specific date.

Dining events and private gatherings

• Reservations are requested through the website and confirmed by us. Payment is not currently taken through the website.
• Where a guest has paid for a confirmed dated event and does not attend, non-attendance alone does not entitle them to a refund — without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights.
• A paid place at a dated event cannot be cancelled or refunded at the guest's request. If something prevents you from coming, write to us and we will look for a solution, without committing in advance.
• If we cancel or move an event, we refund the full amount paid for that event. We do not substitute a voucher or credit for a refund.
• For services tied to a specific performance date the law provides no 14-day right of withdrawal; all your other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
• We may decline or end participation where behaviour puts guests or the team at risk.

Catering and private orders

• Catering is arranged individually. Online ordering and online payment are not available.
• The terms of each order — scope, date, price and cancellation — are agreed in writing before it is carried out.

Membership

• Membership is by invitation and runs in monthly periods measured from your joining date, not by calendar month.
• Cancelling stops renewal for the next monthly period; access continues to the end of the current period.
• Automatic renewal and membership payment are not yet implemented. Membership is not charged at present and no payment is collected through the website.
• There is no minimum commitment, notice period or cancellation fee.
• We may end a membership where these Terms are materially breached.

Wine collections

• Wine sales are not active. Stock, prices, delivery and returns are not services we offer at this stage.
• Registrations for upcoming launches are expressions of interest with no payment and no guaranteed allocation.
• Alcohol is offered only to people aged 18 or over.

At the table

Dietary requirements and allergies should be shared when you reserve. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Liability

We are liable for loss we cause culpably, to the extent permitted by Bulgarian law. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including for death, personal injury or intent.

Refunds

Where a refund is due it is made by the same means as the original payment, within the periods required by applicable law. As payments are not yet taken, the exact mechanism will be confirmed before payment becomes available.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first at maison@hedonistsociety.bg (The Maison) or collections@hedonistsociety.bg (The Collections) — we reply personally. If we cannot resolve matters, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the competent Bulgarian court.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The current version is published on this page with the date shown above.
